Hello! I’m Gus Spiker, an IT Support Specialist dedicated to providing practical and calculated solutions. I excel at troubleshooting systems, improving network reliability, and ensuring users have the best technical support possible. Welcome to my professional portfolio.

I’m a third-year MIS Student at Penn State Behrend. I work part-time at the school’s IT Department as a Student IT Consultant where I provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff. I currently intern at Process and Data Automation working in Systems Integration with industrial software. I have extensive knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, database management, and networking fundamentals! I am a CompTIA certified IT Support Specialist.

In my free time, I enjoy excercising, playing and modding video games, and playing Magic the Gathering.
